Tech Helios 1 & 2 was envisioned as a premium co-working destination, with the common spaces designed first to establish a strong identity and a consistent experience across the development. These shared areas were conceived as refined, welcoming environments that balance functionality with a sense of luxury.

The tenant spaces were then planned around individual requirements, allowing flexibility while maintaining the overall design language. Double-glazed partitions were incorporated to provide visual connectivity, acoustic comfort and a sense of openness without compromising privacy.

From arrival areas and lounges to shared amenities and collaborative spaces, the common areas were designed to create an elevated experience for both tenants and visitors. The result is a sophisticated and adaptable workplace that combines the efficiency of co-working with the character and finish of a premium commercial environment.
