Fifty years of looking ahead
Since 1976, Rathi Associates has approached architecture with creativity, curiosity and a commitment to treating every challenge as an opportunity to learn, evolve and create enduring places.
1976
Studio founded by Late Ar. B.H. Rathi in Bangalore, starting from a single table under a staircase with a vision of material truth and restraint.
1990
As multinational companies entered India, the studio helped establish new standards for international workplace and commercial interiors.
2000
The practice expands into high-rise residences, institutional campuses, retail complexes and comprehensive master plans.
2010
A growing portfolio earns national and international architectural recognition across sectors and scales.
2026
Celebrating 50 years of design integrity, restraint and longevity with a multi-disciplinary team shaping tomorrow's built environments.
Today
